S. D. Perry, Author: S.D. Perry lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband and two children. She writes horror/sci-fi/fantasy multimedia novelizations and tie-ins for love and money, dabbling in the universes of Star Trek, Aliens, Alien vs. Predator, and Resident Evil, among others.

Markus Pansegrau, Illustrator: Markus Pansegrau began his career as an industrial designer before his love of computer-generated art led him to become a VFX artist. After learning to create computer imagery in the 1980s with the help of a Commodore 64, Pansegrau later developed his hobby into a career, teaching game design at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Under the online pseudonym Locusta, he is known for creating striking computer-generated art based on the Alien movies. He lives in Helsinki, Finland.

John R Mullaney, Illustrator: John R. Mullaney has had his work published in DK's Star Wars Incredible Cross-Sections series as well as their Batman, Doctor Who & travel guide titles. He has also produced Firefly/Serenity cutaway art and been commissioned by Pixar and Games Workshop. He lives in Reading, UK, with his wife and two children.
