Giveaway Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Wicked Collectibles Giveaway is Insight Editions. Universal Studios Licensing, LLC and its respective parent, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates is not a sponsor or administrator of the Wicked Collectibles Giveaway.
2. Eligibility: The Wicked Collectibles Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at woobox.com/sxwzhh. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States [and Canada] and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Insight Editions (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Universal Studios Licensing, LLC and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 2, 2026 at 6:00AM ET and ends on September 11, 2026 at 11:59PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at woobox.com/sxwzhh. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

- Wicked: The Story of Oz Replica Pop-Up with Bookends (Collector's Edition) — ISBN 9798337403205
Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified within 7 days of selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or incorrect contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
9. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions, including the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Universal Studios Licensing LLC and Insight Editions and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. By participating, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction.
12. Privacy Policy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Insight Editions' Privacy Policy, available at https://insighteditions.com/pages/privacy. By entering, you acknowledge that your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with that policy.
13. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list, contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
14. No Affiliation with Social Networks: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Universal Studios Licensing or its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates, Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other social network. You understand that you are providing your information to Insight Editions and not to any entity identified herein this paragraph.
15. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
