Maggie Fischer, Author: Maggie Fischer is originally from Oregon, but settled in Seattle, Washington after receiving her B.A. in English from Gonzaga University. As the daughter of a children’s librarian, she has a special place in her heart for all books, but especially books for children. She has written books for Nickelodeon, Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, and DreamWorks as well as original board books, nonfiction books, and activity books.

Giuseppe DiMaio, Illustrator: Giuseppe DiMaio began a career as a character designer at an animation studio in Rome, while also entering the world of comics as a clean up artist. In recent years, he has been illustrating for books and toys and collaborating with the Animation studio Movimenti Production and companies such as Insight Editions, Disney, Clementoni, Dark Horse, Random House and Atlantyca Spa.

Matthew Reinhart, Paper Engineer: Matthew Reinhart studied industrial design at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, before finding his calling as a paper engineer. His books include the best-selling Harry Potter, A Pop-Up Guide to Hogwarts, Game of Thrones: A Pop-Up Guide to Westeros, and The Nightmare Before Christmas: Pop-Up Holiday Worlds, among many other award-winning titles. He lives in Los Angeles, CA.
