Erin Quon, Author: An award-winning San Francisco–based food stylist, Erin is also a trained chef and mother to Tatum. Together, Erin and Tatum developed and tested all of the recipes in this book. As a food stylist, Erin has received IACP awards for Chocolate Obsession: Confections and Treats to Create and Savor and for Boulevard: The Cookbook. She has worked on numerous cookbooks and publications such as Bon Appetit and Chow.

Briana Stockton, Author: Briana Stockton is a raw food chef and certified personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, the study of the body. Formerly a raw food chef in Los Angeles, Briana then went on to package her own raw food meals “Pure Raw Love” to an exclusive list of celebrity clients. Now living in her native city of San Francisco, Briana continues to work with clients, helping them achieve fitness goals and savor the benefits of a raw food diet.
